An order went to Error queue showing the message 'The product code [xxxx] does not exists'
Order Lab Manager can synchronize its products database each time it´s started, when restarting the application or in a shcedue way. The error message means that the product has not been yet added to the Order Lab Manager products database. If you made changes recently to the Remote Manager products list, you might need to perform a manual synchronization. To do this, go to Configuration, click on Advanced and select Synchronize products with Remote Manager.
