Issues with receiving orders paid with PayPal in Printspot
It may be that due to a configuration issue, orders placed by customers through PayPal do not enter the Printspot order panel or do not generate an order confirmation email. This may be because, since Printspot version 2.14.1, it is necessary to configure the PayPal gateway with the IPN (Instant Payment Notification) URL.
The PayPal IPN URL for your Printspot system is: https://{your-store}/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Paypal
e.g.: https://printspot.io/tienda-de-ejemplo/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Paypal
To configure the PayPal IPN URL in your PayPal management panel, you must follow the instructions below:
- Log in to your PayPal account at PayPal.com.
- Go to Settings (gear icon) > Account Settings > Notifications > Instant Payment Notifications (Update).
- Click the Choose IPN Settings button, then use this URL, replacing example.com with your own URL: https://example.com/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Paypal
- Make sure the Receive IPN messages option is selected, and then save.
